Country music stars to give concert in honor of Kris Kristofferson

The best of today’s country music has announced their participation in an upcoming grand concert honoring legendary singer, songwriter and actor Kris Kristofferson.

The Life and Songs of Kris Kristofferson” will take place this March 16 in Nashville, Tennessee at Bridgestone Arena, with Lady Antebellum, Emmylou Harris, Willie Nelson, Tricia Yerwood, Dierks Bentley, Ryan Bingham, Eric Church, Jamie Johnson, Darius Rucker and other country music superstars paying tribute to the living legend (an expanded list of participants will be announced closer to the event).

The musicians will play the 79-year-old Country Music Hall of Fame member’s greatest hits, including the super-popular “Help Me Make It Through the Night,” “Me & Bobby McGee” and “Sunday Morning Coming Down.” The birthday boy himself is also set to take part in the concert.
